Four steps to
get in the air.

01

Create a Flight Circle account

Register above through B&B Aviation’s Flight Circle associate link, selecting “I am an individual who wants to fly.” Verify your email before trying to access the organization schedule. If you already have an account, sign in with that link.

02

Arrange a checkout with Emerald Air

Emerald Air Flight School provides the aircraft checkout and any instruction. Checkout completion is based on the instructor’s proficiency assessment and does not itself grant rental privileges.

03

Complete owner approval

Provide the required pilot qualifications and renter liability insurance, review and sign B&B Aviation’s rental agreement, and receive rental approval from B&B Aviation.

04

Request an approved reservation

Request aircraft time through Flight Circle and receive B&B Aviation’s scheduling approval before each flight. All rental hours must be agreed and scheduled in advance.

03

Pilot and rental
requirements.

Please review these key points from the current rental agreement. The signed agreement and owner approval govern each rental.

Ask about getting checked out ↗
A

Checkout by Emerald Air

A satisfactory Cessna 210B checkout with Emerald Air is required before solo operation. The instructor decides when proficiency is demonstrated; B&B Aviation alone grants or suspends rental privileges.

B

Certificates and endorsements

For solo rental, pilots need a current pilot certificate, current medical certificate or BasicMed qualification, and complex and high-performance endorsements. Pilots training toward any of these may fly only with an Emerald Air CFI on board for the entire flight.

C

Renter liability insurance

Provide proof of renter liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence before the first flight and upon request.

D

Dry rate, fuel, and billing

The $140 rate is dry and billed by tach time. Renters provide fuel and return the aircraft with full tanks. Invoices are due within 15 days. The rate may change with 30 days’ written notice.

E

Full-stop landings and prior approval

Touch-and-goes are not allowed unless B&B Aviation approves them in writing. Landings must be full-stop with taxi-back unless otherwise approved. Confirm scheduling before every flight.

Emerald Air bills separately for checkout and flight instruction. Read the complete B&B Aviation rental agreement for all terms, including insurance and permitted use.
